Newborn chick doing fine now convulsing and not lifting head

We just hatched two Turkey's, the first one seems fine but this second one isnt. She started off bad. She wasn't moving, standing, peeping or opening her eyes. I took her out and gave her some told and she started progressing, opening her eyes, lifting her head and standing. Then i just went to check on her and she wouldn't put any weight on her left leg, and then stopped trying to get up and now I have her in my other hand and she still won't open her eyes and keeps having random full body convulsions

Sorry about your poult. About the only thing that you can do is keep it warm, and if it is awake enough, try to give it some water and Poultry Cell vitamins with minerals. Dip it's beak and let it swallow, or hold a spoon or small cup to her beak. SaveAChick is another brand that goes in the water. She sounds like she may not survive, but it is worth a try.
