Newborn chick still shaking head....why?

I have a 2 day old chick that keeps shaking its head. It stops for awhile then goes crazy again. She has been at this both days now and will flop around too on the ground from shaking her head so hard. At first I thought it was water or something it was trying to shake off but now its just a mystery. What can I do for her? Or better yet why is the poor girl doing this? Thanks!
