Newborn Chick With Head Tilted to the Side???

We just had a hen hatch eggs last night and I went out to check on them and one of the chicks was out of the nest with it's head tilted to the left and its curled up like its still in the egg.. is there anything I can do for it? Any idea what causes this? Will it get better?.... any help will be appreciated.

Might be a condition called wry neck. Type that into the BYC search bar and see if that seems to be what's up with your chick and how to treat it. Good luck to you!

I'm afraid it doesn't look like it... the chick just stays curled up with it's head tucked under it's legs as if it was still in the egg...

I'm afraid if mine get it they die in about a day... If you find a way to save them let me know
