Newly hatched chick covered in poo

My broody has hatched 4 so far, today is Hatch Date. She's still sitting 5 more eggs. When I checked to see if more had hatched, I found one whose beak was glued to mama's messy feathers with either poo or hatching goo. I carefully freed her, but the rest of her body looks matted, not fluffy like the other 3.

The question: should I intervene? If so, does she need a warm bath in Dawn?

Leave the chick alone if it's under a broody mother.
