We just had another clutch of 3 hatch 3 days ago and I noticed one walking a bit funny.... I Googled possible causes and came to the conclusion it was a slipped tendon..... Swollen joint... Wouldn't walk right and she couldn't fully extend her leg. So I did what I could to try and put the tendon back n place within her firstb24 hrs of life and it seems she can extend her leg fairly straight now but her foot now looks completely bruised.... Is this from the slipped tendon or could there be another cause for the bruising!?!

It could be from the manipulation. Leg bone deformities are fairly common, and they can get worse with growing. Sometimes splinting can be done, but you will probably have to wait and see how she gets along. She may always have a gimpy leg, but you can try to let her get along with some extra help. It always helps to try some poultry vitamins with minerals in case that helps.
