newly hatched chick

have a newly hatched chick. i'm a new member.hi.this cick hatched over 6 hours ago.it's chirping,but it's still in fetal position with a liitle blood on it's tummy and eyes not open. can someone tell me what might be going on please?!!!!!!!

some chicks have a hard time hatching.

Sometimes they get 'shrink wrapped' by their membrane and die, especially if the bator has been opened repeatedly or you keep looking under the hen and the humidity isn't right.

Best idea is to let nature take it's course.

Not all hatching chicks make it.

Someone may come on her and tell you how to save it by chipping away at the shell and membrane.

Usually if there is blood they often times don't make it.
