Newly Hatched chicks, wont stand

I have 2 newly hatced chicks (hatched yesterday) that are "swimming" around the brooder. They won't stand. Their feet stick out in front of them, not to the sides.
Any ideas of what's wrong or if/how I can fix them?

It prob. will be ok when you get it in the brooder. I just hatched some ringneck pheasants and a couple of my chicks were wobbly and after i put them in the brooder them perked up.
