Newly hatched duckling unable to straighten leg

As a prek class, we are hatching ducklings. The first duckling hatched today and is unable to straighten one of his legs, even with assistance. Any recommendations are appreciated.

Ducklings need to rest for several hours after hatch.

If, after fluffing out and resting the leg still seems problematic, mix B complex into water. Use the amount of B3 niacin as a guide. 100 to 150 mg niacin per gallon of water. So, 25 mg niacin per quart.

Use lukewarm water. Dribble a little onto the tip of the bill. Use the vitamin water as their drinking water for a couple of months.

Thank you. It is dry and fluffy now. One leg is perfect but the other is still unable to straighten. When it attempts to move, it looks similar to ducks with slipped tendons. I am unable to straighten the leg, so I suspect it must be something more.
