My cayuga just hatched some babies 2 days ago. I found one of her ducklings only using one leg. She seems to act like all the other ducklings, just as lively,
but she wont use one of her legs. Is it a birth defect or is it broken? It's very wobbly and can bend in directions I dont think it should.
It doesnt look swollen or anything.
What should I do? Should I leave it and let it heal naturally? Will she be able to live life pain free or will she need to be put down?
Also, shes only crying because shes away from the flock, she doesnt cry when shes with them.
