I got an e-mail for coupons for Purina feeds from BYC but they refuse to print. I have Java on this computer but reinstalled it anyway. The coupons will still not print. I keep getting an error message that I need Java to print them. Why is this?

I'm neither happy with Purina nor BYC about this.

I opened it up with IE, Explorer and it worked fine. I'd forgotten that I'd had trouble before with opening a window for something. I don't remember what though.

anyhow use Explorer for somethings and Firefox for others.
