I can't get brewers yeast in this town. My accidental ducklings (8) need the niacin. Sunflower seeds are high in Niacin but can they eat them once shelled and mashed? There are so many life events happening in my life that I have precious few hours to spend online. I wish I had the time to research more but I don't. Thanks so much.

Peas have niacin. I'm sure there are a lot of other sources... this group is a lively one, more and more will chime in as the day wears on.

Best wishes,
Sue

Nutritional Yeast
Brewer's Yeast
Plain Niacin NOT flush free 100-150mg/gal water(found in pharmacies, water needs to be refreshed twice daily)

If you can't find any of these locally I agree ordering online would be the best bet. Trying to naturally source it will likely not give the ducklings the levels needed.
