Nipple waterers and chicks -- success!

I have a couple of chick sizes going so I put a block under one of two nipples. The smallest chick can actually reach both if she really works hard and the taller chicks don't seem to care that there is a block to reach around on one so everyone is using both nipples. I've counted 5 chicks at once on a single nipple. Very funny stuff!

They sure didn't take long to get it!

I only had one problem with this. The nipple wasn't releasing enough water and one of my chicks got pasty butt as a result, so I would check it daily to make sure it is releasing daily...

My 2 month olds are not getting the hang of it yet . . . .as so many have had success with the nipple waterer, I'm still hopeful my girls will figure it out!
