Ok so I am a chicken novice. I read the sticky about the fertile eggs having a bullseye. My eggs don't have that, but I have a one year old (possibly younger) rooster that wears all four of my hens out very regularly. He's a real porn star. So what's the deal? I would like to incubate just for the experience, but I don't want to waste my time with unfertile eggs

If your rooster is a year old and your hens have been laying for at least six weeks with no fertility I'd say you need to replace your rooster.

These pictures came from another thread but I don't remember which thread. I tried to take pictures with my camera but I just don't have a good enough camera to get a good clear closeup so I use these pics as a guide as they are excellent pictures.
