21 weeks old this week and still no eggs what gives

What kind of hens do you have? Some are later at maturing than others.

My 10 are 26-28 weeks and only 2 are laying.

That is still pretty early for eggs age wise, Most lay anywhere from 5-8 months and even longer.

The ee will probably be the last to lay. Do you have any artificial light on a timer?
