No eggs!!

I have a 30 week old chicken that I got from my cousin. She has not started laying eggs yet. I also have a 29 week old chicken who lays eggs everyday. I was wondering what I should do to get her to start laying.

Nothing to do but wait... With the shorter days, the pullets may take longer to start laying...
