No eggs :(

We have 11 hens ( around 4months). We have 4 redsex links, 5 Plymouth barred rocks, and two Welsummers. One of the redsex links is laying eggs, and has been for a week. But the other 10 are not. Is this normal?

I've got 8 birds, two for sure are Roos, but I'm not sure about the rest. I've only got one layer also, I'm still really new at this but I think it's pretty normal. Just like different people develop before others I'm sure hens are the same way

You're absolutely right @ScootalooDash ... they all have their own time-clocks it seems! Just wanted to mention I noticed in your post that you said you have 8 birds, 2 are roos. Having 2 roosters for only 6 hens will be troublesome on down the road. Just sayin' ...
