no flock raiser here... what to do?

I've been reading previous threads about when to switch Chicks from starter to grower, it all says to stay on it to 8 weeks but my chicks range from 4 weeks to 9 weeks... I really want to integrate them in with my other flock: the only thing holding me back is the feed situation. I am willing to put the big girls on grow feed but I am wondering about the mixed younger age. Any thoughts? I'd appreciate your thoughts.

Flock Raiser is essentially just a higher protein Grower.

The other day I was at TSC and read the labels of DuMor Starter-Grower. (non-medicated). It was virtually identical to Purina Flock Raiser, but $3 a bag cheaper. Go figure.
Just feed everyone a quality Grower. Offer the laying birds a calcium source on the side. Perfect.
