No hens are broody

My birds are about 1 1/2 years, so far none of them have molted which I understand is normal, but is there an age range for them wanting to hatch babies? They are Orphingtons and have been laying for about 10 months (I think) if that helps.
 
Some breeds are more prone to going broody than others. And it varies among individuals as well. You may have a crew that isn't prone to broodiness. Usually, you'd have at least one broody by now.

But you never know. One may just surprise you one of these days and refuse to get off a nest.
