Noisy breathing from Roo

My handsome 1 1/2 year old roo might be in distress. He is acting normal, but his breathing is raspy. Could it be a respiratory infection and if so, opinions on treating? It's so dry these days I wonder how it could be respiratory, but sure sounds like something is going on with him.

Sometimes it helps to hear and see a video, if you could upload one to YouTube with a link posted here. Have you added any new birds to the flock recently? How is your coop ventilation? Does he have any eye or nasal secretions, or sneezing?

no nasal discharge. no new additions to coop. plenty of ventilation. Roo is outside with hens all day. No others have this raspy breathing. Today was first day I noticed it. I will send a video tomorrow if it's still a problem.
