Noisy Chicken

So here is my dilemma, one of my girls (only have 4) is extremely noisy. She cackles very loudly most of the day and for no reason that I can determine.
There is food, water, entertainment so what's the problem?

It doesn't bug me but I'm worried about the neighbors as I'm in town.

any thoughts?

Get a rooster instead! They are far more quiet... Really, if you neighbours object to hens, you must live in a very quiet neighbourhood.

Some chickens just like to hear themselves talk! Mine get really noisy around dusk. There's not much you can do about it.
