Since last night my ducklings ages 4 weeks and 2 weeks have been so noisy. I don't know what to do! Right now they have settled down some become I am sitting right beside them but as soon as I try to go back to bed they are talking up a storm. They have food and clean water and they all had a bath yesterday evening. [IMG]

    Thanks in advance! [IMG]

Ducks are VERY talkative. They peep when they are happy, they peep when they eat, they peep when they explore, they peep LOUDLY when they are frightened or in distress....but yeah...they pretty much peep all the time.

Yep, peep all the time when inside. Mine are outside and only make noise when I come out to feed them.

Quote:haha! mine talk a lot, and they are full grown! they talk the most when i go out and call to them cuz they know they will either get to go to the pond, or get food, or their personal favorite, WATERMELON!!!

Igave my ducks watermelon after reading about how much your ducks love it. My adults wouldn't touch it...now the teenagers...they LOVED it [IMG]
