    Hello Fellow Coloradoans!

We have a small flock of 4 who are all laying well and I am interested in finding some organic/non-GMO pellets and scratch for our girls. I am just north of Denver. Any recommendations?

    Thanks!

I have to drive about 45 minutes away to get Scratch and Peck feed which is the only one I know of that's non-GMO verified. I don't trust anything "organic" that has corn or soya in them and none of the organic feeds I looked at were free of corn or soy. Before that, I was mixing my own feed by getting bulk grains at the grocery store but actually the feed from Scratch and Peck was a better value for me. You can find several recipes for mixing your own feed. I also let my chickens roam the yard. They did pretty well before I switched to conventional feed, actually. Good luck!
