Hi, does anyone know if it's too late to switch up my chickens feed to organic? Will the eggs be healthier or has the damage been done? And if so, will taking the soy and wheat out if their feed make any difference in their eggs quality and non allergenic for me (who can't have either)? Thanks!

For yourself and your own desires and preferences, you can certainly switch at any time.  Sounds as if you'd be happy doing so.

However, to be forthright about labeling any birds/eggs you may sell, an organic program must be instituted from day one.  No exceptions.

Thank you! Just had to make sure :)
