Normal or angel wing

My month old duckling has blood feathers that drop down and don’t tuck under the wing. They don’t stick out like angel wing but they are quite long and look heavy, can I please get some help on whether it’s normal and just droopy or is it the start of angel wing? I noticed this about a week ago.

That's pretty normal - the weight of the growing 'blood' feathers frequently causes this. Does not look like angel wing to me.
