Noromycin 300LA Dosage for Poultry

I have chickens, ducks, and geese. I am aware that regulations are about to change and that as of June 1 it will no longer be possible to buy the medications I'm used to using for respiratory infections. I have a bottle of Noromycin 300LA that is almost full and doesn't expire until February 2025. I am experienced giving intermuscular and subcutaneous injections. Unfortunately, I don't know the dosage for any of my poultry or how to calculate it. Can someone help me?
