Hey Jeremy-
I used your brine recipe for my turkey this year. Soaked a 35 lb turkey in it for almost 4 days.
I will NEVER again use any other recipe.

It turned out absolutely fabulous!!!! I had to double the entire recipe because my turkey was so big. The Reisling added so much depth to the flavor.

Im starting a family heirloom recipe book to hand down to my daughter and Im adding this recipe. Thanks so much.

I feel honored that you're adding our recipe to your book! I does make an excellent turkey, we did the exact same thing this year and the turkey was to die for. Juicy, tender, melt in your mouth white meat with dark meat so full of flavor. Again, I'm glad you enjoyed it and thanks again for the honor.
