Not a Welsummer? Barnevelder? or Black Sex-Link maybe?

Picked this chicken up from someone saying it was a Welsummer. Pretty sure it's not, but thought I'd get the experts opinion.
It has green legs, which tells me NOT a Welsummer.
    Any other ideas?
(This chick is around 4-5 months.)
I'm thinking Pullet, but it would help to know the breed to tell for sure.

Very Pretty. Looks Rooster to me. But surely if it was he would be crowing by now?? No clue what breed. Maybe an EE mix with the green legs?? (I am wrong a lot). Oh maybe a Welsummer EE mix??

Definitely a mix, and definitely the roo. He's got iridescent tail feathers and pointy hackle/saddle feathers.
