Not an emergency, but I need some help.

I have wormed my Chickens about 1 week ago with safeguard. Now I know that I am not suppose to eat the eggs for 2 weeks. I have a neighbor that helps take care of the chickens. I was not at home today and she fed a raw egg to my rottie (dog). Is this gonna hurt him? Thanks in advance.

Safeguard wormer is safe for dogs. he'll be fine.

The concentration in the egg should not be high enough to hurt him. We use Safeguard on our dogs but I know it can be fatal to Collies.

The wife is in charge of that and I don't have a package handy to look, But she doesn't give 'em much. We have big dogs, around 70-75lbs and the applicators are marked in 100lb graduations I believe. We use the Safeguard for horses.

Oh wow. I will have to read the box tomorrow and see what it say's. I also use the safeguard for horse's.
