I have an EE she's the youngest and smallest in my flock. She's a little over a year old and was consistantly laying eggs until about 3 months ago. I thought she was brooding, but she's never in the nest and I haven't found any secret ones (our coop and run is small enough to search since we only have 6 chickens). She's not molting and has not molted yet although 2 of my others are molting right now. I'm wondering if it's a problem with the breed? Her crop is generally full despite her being the runt and I can't think of any reason why she'd be stressed or sick. Is there any way to get her to lay again, anything helps. [IMG]

EE because of their mixed genetics can vary greatly in their level of egg production. She will start laying again, but may very well wait until spring when the day length increases.
