Not laying or crowing yet and about twenty weeks!!

I have had these two pekin bantams, one is a frizzle, for three months now, I was told they were about two months when I got them. They are showing no signs of doing anything yet. Can anyone help with sexing from the picture and is it normal not to have eggs yet please?

Normally egg laying begins between 18 and 26 weeks.

Lol so you think they are pullets then? I really hope so as had two more turn out to be roosters

6 months (24 weeks) is a general average but anywhere from 4-8 months is still in the normal range for most breeds depending on a number of factors. They are not late yet.
