Not sure of this breed

    [​IMG]I got this little lady at the feed store a few mths back and she was a fluffy solid grey chick. St has since grown into this combo and I'm not sure what she may be or color egg I may expect from her.

    I'm guessing she is an Easter Egger. :) And could you post a side pic, she's looking a little roostery to me and I want to see if she has red patches on her wings. Hope this helps! :)

    Easter Egger cockerel those red patches give it away and the pea comb also! sorry!

    aweee nooo! lol I've been saying female this whole time! The gentleman atvthe feed store said it was a female. oh, well!

    Ok, so he isn't crowing ... when should i expect that?? lol.. My big rooster crows, would he start to follow his lead? Also, when my rooster started chasing my others hens he chases this one as well..

    Agree that's an Easter egger cockerel.

    He's young yet, which is why he's not crowing. Plus, he knows that when he starts, that big rooster is going to kick his butt all over the place. So, he may stay quiet for longer than a cockerel without a mature rooster would. But, eventually he'll crow.
