Not sure what breed of chick this is?

I've never seen a chick look like this days after it has hatched... I have 4 roosters [One was a surprise!] I have a Silkie, a Leghorn, a rose comb brown leghorn and a new mystery rooster [He can't be the father, we just figure out he was a rooster lol]. As for hens I have so many different breeds... Americanas, a silkie, naked necks, and a handfull of other breeds. I've never seen a chick stay this scraggly... And it has one poof on the top of its head?

Not all chicks hatch nice and dry all fluffy. Looks like some of the egg goo stayed on your bird and gave him a funny hair style. Very common, and nothing to worry about. Your chick will develop normally.

As for the breeding, it's a barnyard mix. Who knows what it is, but it isn't part Silkie, and its going to have barring.
