I would suggest going back and yelling at the man. Every one of these has male specific saddle feathering. They're all cockerels.

1, 2, 5 look like cockerels. How old are they? # 4 looks sick.

I kind of figured 4 of them were young cocks and one dom was a hen. I might have to go back to him and see what his problem was selling me one thing and saying it's another

Both "Doms" are definitely cockerels, even regardless of feathering. Barring is a sex-linked gene, meaning hens can never have more than one copy of it, while males can have two. See how light that barring is on both of the barred birds? Compare these photos to photos of a female barred bird and notice how light they are. Their coloration makes it genetically impossible for them to be female.

I'm sorry you got taken. I can see one cockerel being an accident, or even a 50/50 split, but all cockerels means he knew what he was doing IMO. box them up and take them back and get your money back.

Yep, the guy knew he was selling you all males. I hate people like that, that take advantage of the new and inexperienced. Two of them are also very sick to be all hunched up like that. Appalling.
