Hello all, i just had a few questions
. today i held one of my three and a half week old chicks, and noticed slight bleeding on her foot. i’m not really worried, i got clean water and washed the spots with blood and looked at her feet and body to see if she had any other bloodied spots but i didn’t see any, and i couldn’t find the source of the bleeding. Again, it’s just a tiny bit of blood and since i’ve cleaned her i haven’t seen any more blood, i just want to know if there’s something i should do. i’ll keep checking in on her in case of anything

The only thing I can think of is find out what it got hurt on and try to get fixed or removed.

ive been checking in and everybody’s poop is normal, her foot isn’t bleeding anymore. i’m thinking maybe she pulled a nail and it bled a bit, or maybe i cut myself and she picked it up from that, i’ve had a few scratches on my arms but nothing i noticed in the moment. everyone is well, thank you for the reply!
