Anyone out there a fan of Nourishing Traditions, a recipe and educational book by Sally Fallon? I have been implementing, gradually, things from the book into our diets....starting with my chickens for the wonderful properties in the pastured eggs that she promotes in dozens of sidebars in the book. What have you implemented? Any recipes you have adapted that are not in the book? Any recipes from the book that you love? Any health benefits resulting from changes to traditional methods? I, personally, love not being so afraid of animal fat! Crispy chicken skin, yeah, baby! And eggs, eggs, eggs!
