Now 13 weeks old hens or roosters?

Ok I've posted when they were 6 weeks now they are 13 weeks just want to make sure before I have to get rid of the rooster and would like some help! So thanks in advance! So we think 1,2,3 are hens and 4,5,6 are roosters please let us know if you agree or if I am totally off! Lol

Where I live we are not even suppose to have chickens but we have really been wanting to get chickens so we did! So I definitely can't have a rooster crowing and take a chance on having no chickens. It's sad we got attached to them we love our chickens!
