She laid three eggs now and the other three have been laying over a month and until now i have never seen any sign besides hearing the egg song.

What happened to the rooster. Was he a BAD BOY??? Or did he finally find GREENER PASTURES. [IMG]

Thank you its one of my favorite pictures of her she was a year old in that one. He names Lucy she my hyper two and half year old now lol she very stubborn. And he was very bad be decide to attack her with me right next to hurt his new home is in the freezer. Was a shame i really loved that burd until he got aggressive. Lucy liked to mimic his crow. She still tries but the hens and her get along greats she obessed with the chickens there was no keeping her away from them. She has to watch them as she eats breakfast and she loves playing in the mud with them and water lol. She feeds them and says here chicky lol they come to her everyonce in awhile they get nervous if she has a water hose she thinks chasing them with it fun but they dont seem to mind to much they tend to run under the water on purpuse then run away and come back. She normally just has a sprinkler on the end so its not horrible for them. Its around 98 here or higher so yeah. One named honey really likes lucy alot she plays more with her, they act alot like dogs to me when i see there reaction to her lol.

I only keep hens, NO ROOSTERS .. and do agree that roosters can inflict harm to children. Why take chances. [IMG]

Exactly a woman showed me the damager her rooster did to her leg and i thank God he didnt have spurs yet and thats what finally got my husband on my side actually. He was very attached to the rooster. He didnt get why i wanted him dead. He would lock him up, but didnt want to kill him until he saw the damage he could do to her. That poor woman had gotten spurred three times each all the way down to the bone and her leg was severally swollen. I glad he gone and i no longer have to worry i am sad some what but more glad my daughter is safe.
