How does one attain it? I call down to the states office and must have been transfered 30 times never to have my question anwsered.

Good luck. I haven't checked on NPIP yet, but every other chicken related question I ask inevitably leads to unreturned phone calls. GA produces more than 45% of the commercial chicken consumed in America. You've seen the Pilgrim's Pride coops. They don't like small timers.

My county has a pilgrims pride plant and several chicken houses, and feed stores won't even sell chicks here.

You need to contact the GA Dept of Agriculture.
