Nurture Right 360 buttons not responding

Hey all. So I've got a slightly older model NR360, probably 3 years old. I went to reset the day count, and the Menu/OK button does not respond. + and - do seem to be working as I can manually trigger the turner, and the light is just fine.

Does anyone know a solution?

(And yes, I've tried turning it off and turning it back on again )

Mine did the exact same thing. One of the older models that looks different than the current model. The buttons stopped responding except for + and -. I never found a solution. Because it still reliably keeps the proper temperature I simply have the machine turn eggs on my command twice a day by using the + and - buttons together or by manually opening the unit and turning the rack with my hand. Works well enough. Turning eggs 2-3 times a day at most and letting them sit still for long periods seems to work better than constant turners in my experience.

I have a newer model that so far hasn't given me an issue.
