Nutri-drench per gallon

Can anyone tell me how many tsp/ml per gallon of water?
My chicks are 18 weeks. It has been really hot, they seem like they may be ready to start laying, def getting lethargic (possibly due to heat) ... but the directions on this bottle have my brains completely boggled.
They will all share the gallon waterer.

Anyone?

If you're specifically treating for heat, I'd consider electrolytes instead.

Otherwise bottle says 0.25 fl oz (about 7.5 ml) per gal.
