Nutrition for baby chicks

    What is the food water need for baby chicks and what/how do you feed them

    Give them chick starter. Fill their feeder and they will eat what they want
    Same with water.
    Here a pic of when mine were chicks around their feeder and waterer.

    They sell feed formulated for chicks, check with a local farm store like a feed store or tractor supply. And for water, they drink just plain tap water.
    To feed them you could either scatter it in their brooder or use a feeder made for chickens which I would recommend because it will keep the feed clean and that way they'll have constant access to feed. For water, use a shallow bowl or a waterer which they also make just for chickens, and I also recommend. Maybe take a visit to the learning center on here, seems like you're quite new to this. The learning center will answer both of those questions in better detail.
