It was chilly here this morning, so I made the chooks some oatmeal... Boy, did they have at it. It was flying everywhere. Even the guinea keets and Jakers loved it! Jakers is also a big bread crust fan. Who knew?

It was 33.1 degrees on my thermometer in the metropolis of Climax, MI this morning! I bet my girls would have loved some oatmeal

Do you just make plain oatmeal and let it cool a little and serve it up?
