Odd Chicken Behavior

Hi all. I have a question I wondered if anyone could answer.

I have a hen that occasionally will stand in one spot and go round and round and round in circles. Can you tell me what may be causing this and what I can do about it. :/

Did she just start doing this? Has she had any head trauma?

She started doing it about 6 weeks ago. When i saw her do it in the main pen i thought she just didn't know where to go to get away from the roo. She is a 'favorite hen' of them. So i took her out and confined her to a pen that i use as my brooder pen, with another hen. She had still not stopped. No head trauma that I'm aware of. I wondered about an inner ear but didn't know if that applied to chickens like people.
