Odd growth on turkey eye

I just bought three adolescent rio grande turkeys, all of them looked great initially. Once I got home I realized that one of them had a growth on his eye, does anyone recognize this as any kind of problem?

Turkeys aren't really my thing. You may want to post this in the Turkeys section of the forum. They might have a better idea of what's going on. I have seen that defect in other animals, but not turkeys, so I wouldn't want to give you bad/erroneous info.
