odd looking Cochin ?

its a 1 1/2 month old splash / lemon blue standard cochin cross and it looks like a normal cochin chick but real short down and long strands on its body i have never seen this and all the other don't look like this . Is there something off to yall i don't know if you can really see it in the pics
