Odd RIR

I have 24 RIR. 11 days old. All female. I was thrilled when they started getting tail feathers. They are so cute! But, one has no tail feathers. None. Not even a little poking out. Is she a different breed maybe? or just an odd chick?

sometimes they just dont get tail feather until they get older or they just dont get them at all. I know one of my red sex links [half rir] doesnt have a tail feather

MIne feathered out slow too! She is 7 weeks old and still has the baby "flyaway" fluffies on her head! They say that the roos feather out slower, but mine IS a girl, so that rules that out...lol.
