Odd silkie color

    SO we have this silkie a young one. But I have never seen a color like him. Im prety sure I wont be able to show him but could someone help me identify this color

  2. Looks like golden duckwing but on a silkie...
    Weird.
    Maybe partridge gone wrong? LOL

    Mabye. Hes a sprirted little stinker. But the color just amazed me.

    Looks like a Grey Silkie with some gold leakage.

    Ya might want to keep him/her for awhile cuz of the unique color.

    what color skin does he have? his face is really red for a silkie ?

    There is nothing unique about it. The gold leakge is a fault for the color and the bird should not be bred.
    That's what I noticed also.

    Personally, I wouldn't keep him.

    I would venture he's a partridge with the silver gene.
