I was at TSC, grabbing some fence insulators for the new strands on the E fence. I had noticed they had americanas yesterday, including a couple odd colored ones. I decided I would take a quick look and grab a few. They were all gone. As I thought to myself "that was fast" I heard peeping from the far bin. I took a look and seen banties. Oddly a few looked like silkies. I picked one up, and sure enough black skin and 5 toes!!! WHOOT!!!! lil buffs!

But one lil girl is white legged, and white skinned, and white beaked. How common is that?

    What is a houdan?

    i googled one

I don't think so. looks identical to the other silkies, just white/yellow legs and beak instead. same buff color.
