Oddly Perching Chickens

Have you ever had a chicken perch on your head or shoulder? I have! The chicken that perched on my head is the one that is in the picture under the name WestminsterHens!!!

I have a Buff Orpington that will always run up to me when i reach their pen. She will sit on my feet when i am standing. If i sit down inside the pen she will jump up on my shoulder and perch there. I looovveee Buff Orps!

I have a Brahma who used to do that as a baby, then she got bigger and I broke the habit. Having a 9.5 pound chicken tearing the skin off your scalp trying to grip to your head wasn't pretty lol
