That is so awesome, Debby!

It was fun to make and one of the best things was that I found a terrific meatloaf recipe in the process. DH said to never make him any other variation again, it was delicious.

I did have a thought about the shaping of it...shape it like a skull, bake it, then spread mashed potatoes all over it. That would look cool!

Ooh, and a great new recipe! Double win! I have a meatloaf recipe from my Mama that I love, but....now I may have to add some bacon to it
